These are our standard prices for the most common residential and small commercial electrical jobs. Price confirmed before work starts — always.
About the diagnostic fee: Most service calls begin with a $149 diagnostic evaluation. This covers the on-site diagnosis and any minor repairs completed during the same visit. If a larger repair is needed, the $149 is applied toward the total cost of the approved work — it doesn't disappear.
Larger Projects Start With an Evaluation
Some jobs need a site visit before we can quote accurately. Evaluation fees are credited toward the project when you move forward — so the visit pays for itself.
Project Evaluation — $125
Electrical work that requires a quote, multiple visits, or coordination with other trades. Covers scoping and written estimate. Fee credited toward the project.
Panel / Service Upgrade — $150
Assessment of panel capacity, upgrade requirements, and code considerations. Pricing and scheduling provided separately. Fee credited toward the project.
EV Charger Evaluation — $125
For installs requiring panel upgrades, long wire runs, permitting, or specialty equipment. Scope and feasibility assessed; installation pricing provided after review. Fee credited toward the project.
Remodel / Addition — $175
Information gathering and scoping for remodels, additions, or new layouts. Required to prepare an accurate project estimate. Fee credited toward the project.
